Support group for primary school specialists 

During the fall of 2023, the new OICRM-ULaval Laboratory “Music Education, Well-Being and Human Potential”, headed by Professor Valerie Peters, held three focused group discussions among elementary scool music teachers. These discussions aimend to share professional experiences and find solutions; while promoting exchanges and improving their well-being. The meetings adressed three themes related to teachers’ current conditions: overload, relationships and resources. The project was a success, with participants frequently highlighting the significant benefits of these meetings for music teachers.
