Valerie Peters and Josiane Bissonnette publish an article 

Valerie Peters (lead author) and Josiane Bissonnette published the article “The Impact of Musicking on Emotion Regulation: A Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis” in the journal Psychology of Music. Danielle Nadeau, Audrey Gauthier-Légaré and Marie-Audrey Noël are also among the authors. Thanks are extended to Guylaine Lemay, a doctoral student in music education, for her contribution. 

The article presents the results of a study involving 441 participants to assess the effects of music on individual well-being. We highly recommend reading this article to understand the essential role of music in our society.
