Support group for elementary school music specialists 

In partnership with the Laboratoire Éducation musicale, bien-être et potentiel humain, the OICRM-ULaval premises were the venue for 3 meetings (in the form of focused group interviews) between primary music teachers to share professional situations and find solutions, while promoting exchanges and improving their well-being. The topics of the meetings covered three themes of current conditions in the school environment: overload, relationships and resources. The project was a success, with participants repeatedly mentioning the great benefits of these meetings for music teachers.
