The Music Education, Well-being and Human Potential Laboratory (Lab EMBEPH) focuses on the beneficial effects of music education on well-being and the realization of human potential. Comprising a multidisciplinary team of experts, it is committed to generating new knowledge, disseminating it and mobilizing it within the community. The laboratory is a collaborative space that seeks to develop and make accessible innovative musical practices that can positively\u00a0contribution to human health and fulfillment.\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Mission<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

  1. Promote musical learning as a fundamental part of the school curriculum and everyday life, through its contribution to overall health.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Facilitate access to musical learning for all, especially for vulnerable populations.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

    Research Areas <\/h3>\n\n\n\n
      \n
    1. Make musical learning accessible to all by developing inclusive musical practices that ensure the participation of as many individuals as possible, particularly vulnerable populations. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Develop approaches that ensure lifelong musical learning by integrating innovative digital technologies into music teaching and creating strategies and tools that facilitate musical practice at all ages. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Facilitate the implementation of musical practices that promote well-being by collaborating with various sectors, particularly the health sector, to identify the best musical practices for their context and develop strategies and tools adapted to their needs. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. Contribute to the updating of musical pedagogical practices that promote the realization of human potential by creating partnerships with the community, popularizing and disseminating the results of research projects, and developing training activities adapted to different environments. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
